As long as I can remember, if you wanted the best sex reassignment surgery - ANYWHERE - you went to see Doctor Stanley Biber in Trinidad, Colorado. Biber, who has reportedly turned more men into women than any other surgeon in the world, had to go back to being just a "country doctor."

Biber, 81, has performed his last sex-change surgery, some 5,800, operations, and he doesn't want to quit...BUT...he has to.
