Well, Andre, you can use an undergarment called a gaff, available at Transgendered Net. However, many performers, myself included, use common duct tape. To quote The Blonde Bombshell, Mimi Marks, in a television interview (from several years ago, and I hope I got this right): "Its not all that glamerous."
